Plenty of companies are working on perfecting UGVs for all kinds of missions, including agricultural tasks. Yamaha’s Agricultural UGV recently took on grape harvesting and transportation work. It combines a mobile platform with a robotic arm to detect the location and number of grapes and uses deep learning to find branches and avoid obstacles.
