Here is a robotic wheelchair that can make life easier for seniors, people who are disabled, and everyone else. The Rodem robot gives you a ride from your bed or sofa to anywhere in your home. Its seat protrudes backward and diagonally downward, allowing you to straddle from behind.
The seat height is adjustable. The robot controls its wheels separately, so it can turn on a dime. It can travel for 15km on battery and climb up a slope of up to 10 degrees.
