In the future, tiny drones will be used for pollination to help out bees and other pollinating insects. Researchers from National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology have designed tiny flying drones that can deliver pollen to flowers.

This video from Dr. Eijiro Miyako shows the drone in action. So far, the drone has pollinated Japanese Lilies more than a third of the time. In the future, a fleet of these drones with AI and GPS will be used to work alongside bees and other insects.
