Robots are going to replace many of our jobs. They are also going to work alongside humans to make manufacturers more operationally efficient. The good news is multiple companies are working to make collaborative robots as safe as possible around humans. This video from Ishikawa Watanabe Laboratory II displays a high speed collision detection system that uses high-speed camera heads to avoid fast moving obstacles.
