We have all seen what Boston Dynamics’ Spot robot is capable of. These robots are not cheap, but you can always build your own version. Take Max by SlightlyOverdone for instance: it is an open source Spot Micro project with 12 servos and an Arduino Uno.
This Spot Micro robot uses a “Forward Kinematics and a 2 step cycle.” As the maker explains, smoother movement can be achieved with Inverse Kinematics.
