This is the LimX Dynamics X1: a quadruped robot that can take irregular steps and overcome uneven terrain. It relies on real-time perception to output HD terrain map for locomotion control. It uses a thermal imager for remote data collection. As the below video shows, this robot managed to navigate a 38-degree staircase.
