Plenty of companies are introducing robots at CES. LG is introducing a bunch of them at the event. Its Hub Robot is a smart home robot that uses Amazon Alexa to respond to your voice commands. It has an interactive display to show useful info. You can use it to play music, set alarms, and do a whole lot more.
LG is also announcing an Airport Guide Robot and Cleaning Robot. The Guide Robot can answer travelers’ questions in 4 languages (English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean):
With a simple scan of a passenger’s ticket, the robot can provide detailed information about a flight’s boarding time and gate location, and even the weather of a traveler’s destination city.
The cleaning robot can clean tiles to carpet floors. It has multiple brushes and motors as well as a large dust canister.
