What’s better than a regular smartphone? Maybe a robotic one. Sharp’s RoBoHoN Robot Phone is a cute toy that keeps you connected. This humanoid robot responds to voice commands and can project movies on a wall. It is 19.5 cm tall.
Meet Antbo: a smart insect robot that you can build to learn more about technology. The robot can be controlled using a smartphone, voice commands, or lines drawn. Users can always add additional modules to enhance the robot.
3D pens are nothing new. Many use them to build models quickly. They are not always easy to control or accurate. The Guided Hand 3D printer is a robotic system that allows artists and designers control a 3D pen in a more efficient, accurate manner. It relies on a haptic feedback device, the Geomagic Touch, to allow users the sensation of touching digital models.
