Meet the BratWurst Bot: a service robot that can turn sausages and grill them without any human help. It was made using a UR10 robot, PG70 gripper, and custom grill tong. It has a sausage manager to schedule turn times. The robot also fills spare grill space automatically.
We have seen a bunch of interesting biohybrid robot concepts here in the past. Researchers at Case Western Reserve University have managed to combine tissues from a sea slug with flexible 3D printed components to build biohybrid robots that crawl like sea turtles on the beach.
