Xiaomi Unveils CyberOne Companion Robot

A bunch of companies are planning to bring humanoid companion robots to the market in the future (e.g. Tesla). Xiaomi has just announced its CyberOne. It is a humanoid robot that can detect 85 different environmental sounds and 45 human emotions (according to TechCrunch).

CyberOne can map its environment in 3D. It measures 5’9″ tall, weighing 114 pounds. The above tweet shows what it looks like. You will have to wait a bit for these robots to become ready for consumers. Nevertheless, they will give us a hand in the future in factories and everywhere else.
