Here is a jelly-inspired underwater robot that can be used to collect waste from the bottom of the ocean. Researchers at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems have come up with a noise-free prototype that can track objects underneath its body. It does not make physical contact with delicate environments, such as coral reef. This video shows how it works:
