Robots are going to do many things for us in the future, including charging our EVs. Hyundai Motor Group’s EV charging robot (ACR) comes with charging port recognition and auto insert function. ACR also has a license plate recognition function to figure out the charging status of each vehicle.
Once your car is charged, the robot automatically removes the charger. The above video shows it in action.
