Meet Handle from Boston Dynamics: a wheeled robot standing 6.5 feet tall that can travel at speeds up to 9 mph. It also can jump 4 feet vertically. The robot has electric and hydraulic actuators and can travel for 15 miles on a full battery charge. By combining legs and wheels, Handle can perform efficiently on flat and uneven surfaces.
This video shows Handle in action. Pretty cool for a research robot, don’t you think?
