Here is a UAV with a ground penetrating synthetic aperture radar that can be used for landmine detection. It comes flying sensor-specific flight maneuvers, terrain tracking control and high accuracy sensor localization. Once the drone identifies a suspicious area, it descends to a low altitude to start surveying. The below video shows it in action:
