Teaching robots to lift things without losing their balance is easier said than done. This video explores the idea of a full-size humanoid robot using visual object localization, whole-body control, and real-time compliant stabilization to lift a box off the ground and passing it to a human. A COMAN+ bipedal robot was used for this project.
