Robots are going to be used in more stores in the future to serve customers faster and reduce wait times. Cafe X is already exploring the idea in San Fransisco. Its coffee shop relies on Mitsubishi 6-axis industrial robot to serve customers.

Customers will be able to order espresso drinks from on-site kiosks and an app. The robot serves customers coffee just how they want it and reduces wait times.
