Robots are already being used to prepare coffee and serve people food in a bunch of restaurants. AUTEC’s Sushi robots can make it easier for restaurants to serve sushi to their customers. For instance, the company’s nigiri maker ASM410 can produce up to 2400 rice balls per hour. The ASM 865 that can produce up to 1,400 rice sheets per hour for maki sushi.
