The Atlas robot from Boston Dynamics shouldn’t need any introduction. It has come a long way over the years. It can now use a machine learning vision model to detect environment fixtures and individual bins to move engine covers between supplier containers. It receives an input list of bin locations to move parts between them.
As the company explains, these robots don’t have teleoperated movements. All the motions are generated autonomously online. These robots can detect and react to changes in their environment.
