Here is a fun DIY project for Portal fans. This Animatronic Wheatley was built on Arduino Uno. The entire project takes about $1800 to complete if you take into account wasted materials. The robot was built with 4 micro servos, an Arduino Uno R3, Kinivo BT USB adapter, and a few other parts.

This robotic Wheatley comes with 3D printed parts. It can move its face in all directions. It has independent upper/lower eyelid and handle movement. 40+ voice lines are built-in.
