Meet the Air Hockey Robot EVO: a fun robot that gives you a challenge in air hockey by using your smartphone as its brain. Its vision system takes care of object detection, trajectory detection, and AI strategy. The app is currently available for Android.
To get started, simply point your smartphone’s camera at the playing court, start the app, and you are ready to go. The robot is “controlled by the jjRobots Brain Shield which dictates the speed and acceleration of the robot.”
