Actroid Robotic Receptionist

Robots are going to do many things for us in the future, including serving as receptionists. Actroid is a robotic receptionist dressed in a Shinjuku Takashimaya department store uniform that welcomes visitors.

This robot has human-like features and a skin composed of silicone. It can communicate by speaking and uses microphones to record speech.
