Flirtey’s Drones Deliver Domino’s Pizza to Customers

In the future, drones and robots are going to be used to deliver grocery items and even pizza. In fact, Flirtey has already launched the world’s first pizza-by-drone service, delivering Domino’s pizza to customers. These deliveries were conducted in New Zealand. The drone uses advanced autonomous technology and complex safety systems to complete deliveries in a variety of weather conditions.

The Flirtey drone is made of carbon fiber, aluminum, and 3D printed parts. It has low-battery return-to-safe-location and auto-return-home features. This partnership is expected to expand in the near future.
