Arduino is a wonderful platform to learn electronics. We have covered plenty of Arduino compatible robots here in the past. AbelN2 has shared a guide that shows how to build your own robot hand with Arduino. You are going to need a BreadBoard, an ATmega328 16M 5V Micro-controller CH340G board for Arduino, sensors, servos for the hand, and a few other parts to get started.
